I am committed to respecting and protecting the privacy rights of my Clients and have created this Privacy Policy to give you notice of how your private information may be used.
I may request personal data from Clients to deliver the agreed services (for example, a home address for a shoot at home) but only ever use personal data in the manner anticipated to deliver the required services. I do not request or collect sensitive data about my Clients.
Sharing your personal data
I do not share personal data with third parties other than where reasonably required for business purposes, for example HMRC, professional advisors (solicitors, accountants).
Marketing
For those signed up to my email list there will be an ‘opt in’ policy whereby your express consent is given from me to a) hold your email address on an email list and b) contact you intermittently with information about promotions and future work.
If at any time you wish to have your email address moved from this list, please email Natalie@nataliemartinphoto.com and I will immediately remove your name from my list and cease all communications.
