Bristol and Cotswolds Wedding Photographer
No posing, a little gentle encouragement and direction, but mostly observation, conversation and the occasional sound of a shutter. Natural smiles, meaningful interactions and otherwise unseen moments. These are the core elements of documentary style photoshoots. If the thought of saying ‘cheese’ through gritted teeth into a camera makes you cringe then we will definitely get along! I prefer to capture real connections. Sometimes this means suggesting interactions and conversations. Sometimes it means simply standing back and observing, only taking photos when the magical moments appear (which they always do when given the space!).

Wedding Stories
Old Luxters Barn Wedding, Jen & Jamie {second shooting for The Falkenburgs}
Isn't life crazy? A few years ago I never thought I'd photograph a wedding again, I had been so worried by the back problems I had a few years ago and then with the craziness of 2020/21 when I had to put all career stuff on hold and prioritise motherhood, that I...
LIZ AND NATHAN // THE BARN AT BRYNICH // BRECON BEACONS WEDDING PHOTOGRAPHER
Wow what an absolutely incredible wedding this was. I first started talking to Liz and Nathan over Skype when they were still living in Australia. I adored them both instantly and couldn't wait to meet them properly and work with them on their wedding day. We had a...
CHARLIE & ISHMAEL // ASYLUM CHAPEL WEDDING PHOTOGRAPHY // CENTRAL LONDON WEDDING PHOTOGRAPHER
I'm resharing another amazing wedding that I previously lost when I had to shut my site down, this time Charlie and Ish's absolutely amazing day in Central London. I normally cover weddings in the South West and while I've crept as close as Surrey before, I've never...

Recent Family Shoots
Somerset Family Photographer // The Drane Family
This was my second time photographing this wonderful family, and I was so thrilled to be asked back to capture them again in their new (incredible) with their second (utterly scrumptious) baby boy. I know I say it a lot, but I truly do feel so honoured when I work...
Spring Minishoots 2022
I had an amazing time once again with my minishoots back in April, this time at the utterly gorgeous grounds of The Matara Centre gardens. Some of my favourite photos from the shoots are below.
Baby Cara
A very (very!) belated blog post yet again of a really lovely shoot I did last year with a family I've had the privilege of working with multiple times now. I got to photograph their eldest baby when she was brand new, and then when she was a little older as well, and...
